Gut Health Restoration & Mitochondrial Cellular Repair

Step 2 of the Total Body Reset

Everything about Phase 2, in one place: why it comes after Phase 1, what the three months include, what a visit feels like, and what it costs. Whether we just walked you through it in the office or you're reading about it for the first time, take this at your own pace and bring your questions to your first visit.

Phase 1 settled the system. Phase 2 gives it what it needs to run.

The reason

Why this comes next

Phase 1 worked on the nervous system, the control center that tells every organ and every repair process how to behave. Once that's calmer, two systems underneath it need attention: the lining of the gut, and the mitochondria that make the energy every cell runs on.

The gut lining is a single layer of cells that decides what enters your bloodstream and what stays out, and a large share of your immune system lives right behind it. When that lining is irritated by stress, diet, medications, or illness, the immune system stays busier than it should, and the low-grade inflammation that follows is the thread functional medicine keeps finding underneath stalled results.

Mitochondria are the energy factories inside every cell. When they're depleted, cells simply don't have the fuel to do the repair work the rest of your plan is asking of them.

Phase 2 works on both at once. Heal and calm the gut, restore cellular energy, and keep the nervous system where Phase 1 left it. That's the order, and the order is the point.

The foundations

The basics of every phase

The habits under every phase of the program, from day one through year one. None of this is optional, and none of it costs anything.

  • An anti-inflammatory, Mediterranean-style way of eating
  • 100 oz of water a day
  • 30 g of fiber a day
  • Protein from real food: about 1 g per pound of ideal body weight, at least 100 g a day
  • Daily sunshine
  • A daily deep-breathing practice
  • Deep, restorative sleep
  • Exercise and strength training

And the four core supplements you started in Phase 1 continue year-round: vitamin D3/K2, omega-3 fish oil, magnesium glycinate, and L-theanine.

The program

What Phase 2 includes

A three-month program in three parts, supervised by our medical team. Everything below is included except where it says otherwise.

Nervous system maintenance

Three procaine sessions, one a month, either the IV or the neural therapy injections, whichever your provider recommends, to hold the balance you built in Phase 1. Your Pulsetto device continues at home, now twice a day. More on Phase 1: https://ridgelineaesthetics.com/phase-1

Gut health support

Month one: Guttides by NuBioAge, a daily capsule combining the peptides BPC-157 and KPV. Months two and three: BPC-157 on its own, one a day. Alongside both, Pure O3 ozonated glycerine capsules for the full three months. You also take home a simple anti-inflammatory food guide and a copy of The Hunger Code by Dr. Jason Fung.

Mitochondrial (cellular energy and repair) support

Four Poly-MVA IVs, one a week, in the IV room. And MitoBlue by LVLUP Health, a methylene blue formula taken at home: one every other day, from a bottle that lasts the full three months.

Check-ins and follow-up

Two visits with your Ridgeline Longevity provider, one at the start and one at the end of Phase 2, to set the plan and then look at where you've landed. Then a provider follow-up at three months with Christina Finnerty, NP, booked separately through Ridgeline Medical.

Available separately, not included: Liver Support + NAC, and Silver Fern Ultimate Fiber, if you want added liver health detoxification, improved gut function, and reduced inflammation in the lower colon. Both aid metabolism and weight loss.

Your take-home package: Guttides · BPC-157 · Pure O3 Ozonated Glycerine Capsules · MitoBlue · the anti-inflammatory food guide · The Hunger Code by Dr. Jason Fung.

$1,599Everything above, as one three-month program. Your three-month provider follow-up is booked separately through Ridgeline Medical and is not included.
The products

What the take-home pieces actually are

You'll be taking several things home. Here is what each one is, in plain language.

BPC-157 and KPV

Two peptides, short chains of amino acids like the ones your body already makes. BPC-157 was first identified in gastric juice and is used in Phase 2 to support the gut lining. KPV is used for its calming effect on the gut environment. Guttides combines the two for month one; BPC-157 continues alone for months two and three so the support doesn't stop the moment things start to feel better.

Pure O3 ozonated glycerine capsules

Ozone carried in glycerine so it releases gently as it moves through the gut. It's used to help rebalance the gut environment while sparing the beneficial flora you want to keep, and to support how well nutrients are absorbed as the lining settles. Ozone is anti-inflammatory and can act as an antiviral and antibacterial, which can help heal underlying infections in the stomach.

Poly-MVA

An alpha-lipoic acid mineral complex given by IV. It's an antioxidant that works inside the mitochondria's energy-producing pathway, which is why it sits at the center of the mitochondrial part of this phase. We use it here for cellular energy and recovery, to aid healing and repair throughout the whole body.

MitoBlue

A methylene blue formula from LVLUP Health, combined with acetyl L-carnitine, ubiquinol, and PQQ. Methylene blue has been used in medicine for more than a century; at low doses it's used to support how efficiently cells produce energy. The other three ingredients support the same process from different angles. You take one every other day; one bottle covers the three months.

Every product in your protocol is available directly through our office, so nothing has to be sourced on your own.

The visit

What actually happens at a visit

A woman settled into a wide recliner under a soft knit blanket, looking toward a bright window

Your Poly-MVA IV

Same room, same rhythm as your Phase 1 IVs. A small IV is placed, the infusion runs while you rest, and our IV team monitors you throughout. Plan on the better part of an hour, once a week for four weeks.

Your monthly procaine session

Either the IV or the neural therapy injections, exactly as you experienced them in Phase 1. Once a month for three months.

Your check-ins

Two conversations with your Ridgeline Longevity provider, one at the start and one at the end. The first maps the three months around your schedule and confirms your take-home package. The second looks at what changed and what comes next.

The schedule

How the three months are paced

Phase 2 front-loads the IV work and then settles into a monthly rhythm.

  • Weeks 1 to 4: a Poly-MVA IV each week. Guttides, Pure O3, and MitoBlue start at home. Your first procaine maintenance session and your first check-in happen in this window.
  • Months 2 and 3: BPC-157 replaces Guttides. Pure O3 and MitoBlue continue. One procaine maintenance session each month.
  • End of month 3: your second check-in with your Ridgeline Longevity provider, and your provider follow-up through Ridgeline Medical.

Most people finish Phase 2 in about three months. Your provider will adjust the pacing with you if your body asks for it.

What to expect

What patients tell us they notice

As with Phase 1, most people describe a series of small returns rather than one dramatic moment.

  • Digestion that feels more settled and more predictable
  • Steadier energy across the day, without the mid-afternoon drop
  • A sense that the ground gained in Phase 1 is holding
  • Renewed momentum on the goals that brought them in

Individual results may vary. The treatments at Ridgeline Longevity & Aesthetics are intended to support overall wellness and aesthetic goals and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Fit and safety

Is it right for me?

Phase 2 is built for people who have completed Phase 1. The nervous-system work comes first for a reason, and Phase 2 assumes that foundation is in place.

The peptides, the ozonated glycerine, and methylene blue in this program are provider-supervised protocols. Your check-in at the start of Phase 2 is where we go through your history, your current medications, and anything that would change the plan, and part of our team's job is to tell you plainly if this isn't the right next step for you yet.

Every IV and every procaine session is supervised by Christina Finnerty, NP, Medical Director, and our IV team.

This therapy is provided under the supervision of a licensed medical provider. Discuss your individual health situation with our team before beginning any new protocol.
