Skin Resurfacing & Tightening
Renew the surface and firm the structure beneath it — resurfacing and tightening designed to restore the glow your skin has lost to time and sun.
Skin loses its sheen for understandable reasons: sun exposure, environmental damage, and the slow decline in collagen and elastin that comes with age. Resurfacing and tightening address both the surface and the system beneath it. Using Alma Opus Plasma — and Morpheus8 where deeper remodeling helps — focused microplasma energy renews damaged skin in microscopic fractions while radiofrequency warmth reaches the deeper dermis, prompting your body to rebuild collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. Old, damaged cells give way to fresh tissue, and firmness improves from within. Because only a fraction of the skin is touched in each pass, healing is faster than traditional resurfacing. Most patients see improvement build steadily over the weeks that follow.
A calm, considered process from consult to aftercare.
Consultation
We assess texture, tone, firmness, and any scarring or pigmentation, then choose the right technology and intensity — anywhere from a light refresh to deeper resurfacing — across a planned series of sessions.
Treatment
Numbing cream is applied for 30 to 45 minutes beforehand. The session itself is brief — a full face typically takes 15 to 20 minutes — and most patients describe a mild warming sensation.
Aftercare
Redness similar to a sunburn typically settles within 24 to 48 hours, with light flaking after. Never pick or peel renewing skin, skip hair removal in the area, and wear SPF 50 with a hat outdoors.
Adults noticing fine lines, deeper wrinkles, rough patches, sun spots, scarring, enlarged pores, or skin laxity — anyone who wants their skin's surface smoother and its structure firmer, without surgery.
